Gittens Invited to Play in the 2019 SPIRAL Tropical Bowl in Daytona Beach, Florida

Two-time USports All-Canadian Wide Receiver/Punt Returner Kurleigh Gittens of Wilfrid Laurier has earned the opportunity to play in the 2019 SPIRAL Tropical Bowl. The SPIRAL Tropical Bowl is a premier FBS Division I level College Football All Star Game played in Daytona Beach, Florida annually in mid January. The SPIRAL Tropical Bowl showcases the top college football seniors to NFL/CFL scouts and GM’s who travel from around the country to the event. The weekend is focuses on scouting, teaching, and football. The SPIRAL Tropical Bowl has featured 70+ NFL/CFL Scouts and 26+ NFL Teams and all 9 CFL teams. Over 110 SPIRAL Tropical Bowl alumni have gone on to the NFL and the CFL since it's inception in 2016. The Tropical bowl will take place on Sunday, January 13, 2019.
